The breakfast was always well stocked and kept clean during the hours of availability. The cookies and cobblers were delicious each evening. The grounds are beautifully kept.
The cookies and ice cream didn’t start until 9:00 pm which was late for our little ones that were looking forward to it. Would suggest to start serving and hour earlier. The rooms were clean and very nice - just wish there was more room between the end of the beds and the dresser/TV. Couldn’t pass each other without. Someone having to move out of the way. Felt cramped.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a very good breakfast line. They offered free cobbler and ice cream each night between 9-11pm which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Best hotel breakfast we've ever had.
Cookies and ice cream were also a nice treat.

When we arrived I went to use the blow dryer and it malfunctioned. I reported it to the staff and they immediately took care of it without delay.

Have stayed at Savannah House on previous visits to Branson and have always been pleased. The convenience of the continental breakfast is nice.
No I have no dislikes or complaints. I would add that one morning we thought the housekeepers were about to clean our room, but learned that she was working down the hall and wouldn't be doing our for awhile. This would have been okay, but the housekeeper was very accommodating and told us she would do our room immediately if we would like. We went downstairs for a few minutes and came back and the room was done. I appreciated her courtesy and willingness to accommodate. All of the housekeeping staff were very pleasant and cordial when we would pass them in the hallway.

The comfort and cleanliness of hotel stood out to us. We certainly would recommend it to others.
We did have a mix up after checking in. The clerk inadvertently also assigned the room to someone else later. I guess the clerk was new on the job.
