QUIET AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH. WENT TO FLORIDA LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT JAN THRU APRIL NEXT YEAR.....I FAILED ON THAT CHORE BUT I SUCCEDED WITH MY STAY AT YOUR PLACE THIS YEAR.....THANKS....

This was very close to the beach. Like other reviews, we walked a little farther, and avoided the dreaded Curve. We had an excellent vacation. I loved having the dishwasher, washer and dryer. We used them quite a bit. I would definitely stay here again. But I would probably prefer a room with a bedroom. We had the Murphy bed. It was ok, but I'm sure the bedroom would have been better. I would recommend this place. It was very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that was kind of bad, was the light outside our room was kept on all night. I'm sure for safety. Except I am a light sleeper, and like it really dark. With the Murphy Bed, it was in the living space, and I think the light kept me awake. Other than that a great trip!!!!!

Very little sound isolation from adjacent units, so one gets to hear all the neighbor's conversations

We loved the location and the accessibility to everything else on the Island. The pool and hot tub were very nice also. The rooms were great!

The location was perfect for us. The 1 bedroom unit that we had was plenty enough room for 3 people and the full kitchen was great!
The quality of the place was excellent - however thought it was priced a little high for being across the street from the beach.
