Main reason for choosing Best Western Plus GranTree Inn: Facilities
The room we had was gorgeous. It had lots of space and was right across from an enclosed courtyard where we could walk our dog. Also, from the courtyard we could access both the pool and the fitness area.
I would have liked the refrigerator to have had a freezer compartment. Also, the picture on the booking website was slightly deceptive in that it showed the room with a sliding glass door directly to the pool area. This wasn't a problem at all but was a bit deceptive.

The room was just what we needed after a long flight--comfortable, quiet, The airport shuttle service was great.
The only thing I would suggest is smaller meals. A few things listed half portions but mostly thee was a great waste of food. I'm sure the young active ski people could eat a full portion but we are old and less active. My salad could have fed 3 people

This was one of the best hotels in terms of the comfort of the beds and pillows. Rooms were typical size and layout for this kind of hotel. We had 2 queen beds in our room and slept 3 people in the room. The restaurant was excellent with generous portions and good food. Service staff were wonderful.

Shuttle service was perfect. Our flight was late arriving at 3am, shuttle driver was friendly and compassionate. Next morning shuttle took us to grocery store before airport for shuttle to West Yellowstone, perfect! This allowed us to pickup necessities for our vacation. Hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT for breakfast.

We loved the quality and comfort in the hotel itself. The room was beautiful and it had all the things we needed in the room, plus it seemed very clean and well kept. The decorations and quality of the building/rooms are very nice! I am glad we returned to this hotel!! Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The pool area is good too!
We did not have as good of an experience in the restaurant as we did last time. Last time the restaurant food was phenomenal, we were hoping for the same this time. We came in around 9pm for a late dinner after a long day and each ordered drinks. My burger was amazing just like last time, but my husband's food (he chose only appetizers since he wasn't very hungry) was not very good at all which was surprising for potato skins (not done) and calamari (no flavor). His food wasn't great but mine was great! And the staff was awesome!! The manager took care of the problem and the waitress was very nice and a great waitress.

The room was very clean and the staff was TERRIFIC. Wish I could remember the girls names from the front desk. So very nice.
The only complaint I have is that I like to take baths instead of showers and my tub plug did not work so I had to keep refilling my bath water.
