The comfortable room, and excellent breakfast. Also the location, as it is almost halfway on the journey to our destination in the South of France, and (of course) midway on our journey home again.
When we arrived, to find that the restaurant was not available for our evening dinner was quite a blow. We'd driven 400 miles or so, and didn't really feel like going out to find a restaurant.

The peace and quiet at the location, plus the fact that it is situated just at the mid-point of our journey to the south. The reception person was very helpful indeed.
The lack of a restaurant all of a sudden. We've had lovely evening meals there in the past and were looking forward to this again expecially after driving 400+ miles! We didn't want to be going out again to look for somewhere to feed. Also, the shower & toilet facilities are quite cramped.

Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

Generally very satisfactory - but see below.
Our main criticism is that, although no mention is made in the Kyriad guide, the restaurant is closed on Saturdays - this is not acceptable. If the Sat. closure was clearly stated in the guide this would help. The car park feels vulnerable - security fencing and more external lighting would be an improvement
