The location, the front desk staff. An emergency arose and we had to leave a day early; the staff was very understanding and helpful.
The tables in the bar were dirty. They seems to be short on staff in the bar at suppertime.

Continental breakfast did not have much left at 9am...breakfast should stay stocked until its done...10am would be a good quit time for breakfast
