Love the fact that we arrived early, and we just wanted to park one car in the lot while waiting, but our room was ready and we were invited to check in early. So nice!

I felt safe there and the staff were very friendly. Mike, the night manager, was very hospitable.

We like to stay at your hotel because our daughter lives in Tacoma and our son lives in Snohomish. Your hotel is kind of half way in between. And we enjoy the surrounding stores and atmosphere. The hotel is clean and quiet. We always have fun. Thanks!.

The comfortable mattresses, the quiet location
The television needed instruction from the front desk on turning on and there were not cinnamon rolls at first until the delivery truck rolled in.

To do for a night, staff very friendly and accurate
In the room there was a musty old smell of smoke. Breakfast mostly fat and too little choice in healthy foods such as non-sweetened cereals, brown bread.
