Extremely helpful staff.
I had a couple of issues (the wrong breakfast order and only cold water in the shower after two minutes), but the staff responded appropriately and quickly.

The Staff deserves a raise. They were amazing! The desk clerks, the plumber, the restaurant staff, ALL the folks were great.
First night we had a leaky sink, but the plumber came and fixed it. We also had difficulty with enough washcloths, got that taken care of and we had a crazy clock that didn't work. Minor things.

Location. Room was quiet. Room was roomy
Asked for a luggage rack. Was told that the black ottoman was my luggage rack. Though that was for me to put my feet up. Front desk clerk was snippy about it. No safe in the room. No fridge n the room.

Overnight stay at the Wyndham was just perfect. It met all of our needs. I had a next day (early am) doctor's appt. at Mass General. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay if you have a visit to the hospital planned. Directly across the street. Staff was very helpful. We did some sight seeing while we were there and the hotel is right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great location. A short walk to the subway stations. The staff was very nice.
This is an older hotel, but it has been maintained well. The only thing I didn't like were the beds, they had very, very firm mattresses.

The notable advantage of this hotel was its proximity to the hospital where I was to be admitted.
The room was inadequately provided with basic amenities: heating system was erratic, thermostat display unrelated to actual room temp, television didn't function correctly, remote was broken, lightbulbs were burned out and not replaced, there was no hotel directory or tv guide provided; the bathroom was appointed in minimal fashion with no hooks for clothing or exhaust fan for drawing out air.
