The staff was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The proximity to the convention center.
Being charged more for Friday night than the other 3. At the time I made my reservations, I was told there was no availability for Friday night, when in fact there was. I didn't even change rooms.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location for our needs. Excellent facilities including a wonderful lap pool in the fitness center.

The location was great for the concert we were attending at the Pavilion. We really enjoyed the included fitness center and pool as well.
My wife made one request with our breakfast order which appeared to be ignored.

If my memory serves me correctly, they were unaware of the reservation that I made by you. It has no adverse consequences as it was free rooms

The hotel and rooms were very nice... The noise however was almost unbearable at times. It's like the walls have no sound barrier. Other than that it was great stay.

Great work out are (did not get to ues) very nice rooms and lobby, bar, restraunt etc...
Needs sound barriers and Block out shades...
