Location was perfect for our two day stay for walking and hopping on the Olde Town Trolley
Pricey but well worth the base price. Taxes bumped the rate into the almost unaffordable area.

Friendliness of the front desk staff and the location. Also really enjoyed the lounge/bar area. We had dessert and drinks and it was really wonderful.
The air conditioning. The thermostat in our room did not work properly. Warm night so we didn't sleep that well.

It needs to be maintained a bit wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling trash in the hallway every morning and at night

The hotel was very centrally located for the places we wanted to visit, and the concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is within short walking distance of Quincy Market, and not off the beaten path. Boston is so rich in history, I think every American will benefit greatly from visiting Boston, and the Boston Hilton/Financial district is a great place to stay. Further, they have a very nice restaurant right in the hotel.....
There is a bar across the street from the hotel, and it was rather noisy. I sleep like a petrified log so it didn't keep me awake, but it kept my wife awake. That was her only complaint and I didn't even have that.

The doormen were most helpful in calling taxis and suggesting restaurants . All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Close to tourist sites.
The telephone in my room didn't work, both the sink and the bathtub leaked water, and I checked out three days ago and the hold on my debit card still isn't released.
