I liked everything about the Boston Omni Parker House Hotel and if I am ever in Boston again, it will certainly be my hotel of choice. I can't imagine ever finding any place that could outrank the Omni Parker House.

My daughter had an audition at a local college and was quite anxious about it. The staff at the Parker House made both of us feel so welcome AND we got a great night's sleep before the audition. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night.

We found everything to be of the first order. The room was a bit tight but we knew that it would be. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The front desk was very professional and helpful. We plan to stay again whether for business or pleasure.

Registering was a hassle because we had a gift certificate that our daughter had just bought for our anniversary. The young man checking us in told us that we couldn't use the gift certificate. I asked to speak to the manager and the young man went out back with the gift card being OK now. It worked out Ok , but we would not have stayed there if they hadn't accepted the gift card.

We have stayed there several times since the 1960's ! We love the location. The facilities are great ! The food is great !
The problem with the gift certificate at check-in.
