Good quality rooms and staff. Location excellent, Meridieck hypermarche, tram line, central, quiet street. Minor negatives well ouweighed by the positives.
First night assigned to a good room (King bed) but close to lift. We were awoken by noisy guests at 0500, our local time 0400 in country of origin. Fortunately assigned an alternate smaller room for the remaining nights. Breakfast not included.

The breakfast selection is always the same, while certainly adequate, but not varied. Eg no choice between preparations of eggs, always "scrambled eggs" and also got cold sausages. The third day of my stay, I asked an "oeuf sur le plat", it was me after a while it served to my satisfaction. Maybe this comment belongs in the section below.

The location of the hotel is near the pedestrian zone. Very convenient.
The staff was helpful. The great room. The comfortable bed.
Generally Bordeaux is a beautiful city. However, the neighborhood where the hotel is absolutely sinister. There are mountains of concrete around.
