Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Boise Airport, an IHG Hotel: Location
I liked the pleasant lobby, but most of all, I liked some small amenities, e.g.,the cheerfulness and attention of the staff, the cold drinks outside the elevator when we arrived (very thirsty), the great pillows.
Breakfast was not great. Our room was too cold when we arrived and it took us a bit of time to get right. That is a personal think and I expect 72 degrees is good for most people

A particular note of appreciation for Kelsey, the desk clerk when we checked in who went out of her way to not only correct our reservation information but who also followed up with additional help in dealing with third party involvement. She was also quick to offer taxis ervice to airport for very early (5:30!) morning flight. A great representative of the organization.

I stayed in room 233 which was located above their kitchen! At 5:30am the kitchen started cooking and my room started shaking! It was so loud that I couldn't go back to sleep which made for a long day after flying all night.
