Room+ bed +bathroom+ view tranquillity+ restaurant inc.food of course + shuttle service + kind and polite information and assistance of staff
Only two tea bags etc not really enough for even a short stay

Friendly staff, walking distance from the airport, comfortable room.
Room service breakfast was not worth the money. As a tea drinking Englishwoman, I was underwhelmed by the coffee machine in the room and really would have preferred a kettle. The room also smelt of coffee, which is not a favourite smell of mine.

The convenience of having parking included in our hotel reservation - the hotel shuttle service is excellent and because of this we will probably use the hotel again when flying from Toulouse.

Very comfortable hotel, which gave a great relaxing start to our holiday. Spa facilities just right to relax the night before a long flight. Excellent free shuttle service to the airport. I left my handbag (including passport) on the bus, which could have been a disaster. We phoned the hotel and the driver brought it to the airport within 5 minutes of our call. Absolutely fantastic - thank you!!! Perfectly located airport hotel, a cut above the rest.

We accidentally left our peage on the leased car after we dropped it off at Puegot in the airport. I went down to the lobby and asked the young man at the desk if he would call them for me. He was very courteous and called twice for me. The man from Peugeot was also very nice and brought the peage to the hotel for us. Everyone very nice and courteous.

The staff were extremely helpful. The main reason we chose the hotel was the 24 hour shuttle service, as we had a very early checking. The shuttle worked perfectly.

This hotel was above and beyond my expectations. It was immaculate! The bedding was pure heaven to sleep in, and the room was quiet. The staff was expedient and very nice and the the fact that they provide 24 hour shuttle to the airport FREE, is a bonus.
The food at the bar was not so great.
