FOUND IT TO BE A BIT TIRED AND NEEDS REFURBISHMENT AND I ALSO THINK THE CARPARK SHOULD JUST BE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE STAYING THERE

Location and decor of this old hotel.
1 got the impression that the reception staff did nor appear to be very interested in thier work and were just going through the motions. I also found the bed to be very hard.

Self service Restaurant. Hotel at centre of Blackpool.
Having stayed here for many years, we were shocked to learn that ,we, your paying guests are not your priority as far as car parking is concerned.Parking is taken up by general public first, we were left to find somewhere else. WAKE UP METROPOLE,WE, YOUR PAYING GUESTS KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS !!

Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

The locality was superb and the breakfast was fantastic!.
The tv was on the small side in relation to the big sized bedroom and the toilet was in apposition that made it difficult to wipe oneself.

Staff very friendly entertainment enjoyable
Toilet not clean, basin still had dirty water in when i emptied the basin it had a stain all over which i cleaned myself as i would of had a shower had that not had brown stains all over the bath. I did inform reception when i left as i dont like to cause trouble. I will probably go back to the norbeck castle next month as i have for the last 2 years.
