The room/bathroom was great. Noise from above was difficult, but fan in window unit helped.Breakfast area seemed small for numbers of guests eating. BUT was just fine after the earliest group left. Staff was as good as anyone could ask for.

Very noisy,all of the doors slam shut and you can hear everything above you,hallways are not very sound proof either.

There was a very comfortable arm chair in the room, which I enjoyed!
The man on the desk in the evening was a bit abrupt when we asked him if there was more decaf coffee for our room.

The staff were friendly & very efficient.
A few things we were dissatisfied with such as :The last morning of our stay I noticed the mattress on the bed was showing & what a disgusting site.This mattress was so soiled & filthy & to think we slept on that for 2 nights (GROSS)We had to sign a form for non-smoking in the Hotel which we had no problem signing to find out the smoke coming fr the 2nd floor was atrocious & the staff new as I saw it on the front desk camera. People up & down the hallway running,drinking & shooting off soft pellets on 1st & 2nd floor & no one stopped them!!!!!.We won't be staying at this hotel again.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. I have stayed at this motel before and always find it acceptable. Plus for a fee I can bring my dogs.
Because of the oil boom in the West side of North Dakota the price have gone up and the motel was full of workers, which made for a bit of noise.

The price is reasonable for just an overnight sleep.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke every time the heater turned on. It apparently received air from outside by a smoking post. It was difficult to sleepfor the smell.
