This hotel needs a total upgrade. The first room we were put in stunk so bad with mold. Called room service and they put us in another room which smelled better but the carpet was stained, the bed had a mattress that was probably 20 years old. Staff at the front desk were not the most courteous. Pay $20 more and get a much better room.

The only thing I can say is that it was close to where relatives lived

Everytime we have visited Bismarck we have stayed at this hotel. It has gone downhill. While all of the other staff was friendly the gentleman who checked us in was quite short. I know it was hot but we had just driven all morning and it was hot for us also. I understand that it is hard to find a place to stay but will be looking elsewhere next time as it was just not up to the standards that one would expect for the price we paid for our room. Hopefully you can get this hotel back up to the way it use to be.

Staff was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good.Location , easy to get to the mall. Centralized.
