Main reason for choosing Sheraton Birmingham Hotel: Location
Staff are very friendly and customer oriented.
My visit was during E-Women Conference. The registration line took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. There needs to be more registration representatives when 600 plus people are expected. Room temperature could not be controlled. We set it down to 68 finally to try to cool the room and we slept without blankets because it was still too hot.
