I love staying at Hilltop. I always feel safe there and it is very quiet. Staff are wonderful, they always make me feel "at home" comfortable. I was up late due to taking someone to the airport the night before so I put the do not disturb sign on the door. When I have done that at other places, I've been awakened by housekeeping vacuuming and banging around in the room next door. Not at the Hilltop....very quiet! So respectful, I really appreciate that!! In the past, I have stayed at Hilltop the night before surgery....scary enough on it's own but by staying here I did not have any added stress of problems at a hotel. Love this place !!

Desk staff very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. And it is very well located both for medical and for airport access. Long term parkings is available at a fraction of airport parking...but we did not use it this time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived after hours and tired from long day of travel. Breakfast hours were great and nice variety with hot dishes and waffles too! Hotel lobby very clean and inviting with modern chairs and beautiful flooring.

My husband needed to sleep in a recliner after surgery. The staff moved a recliner into our room for him. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

The location was very convenient as we were doctoring at the Billings Clinic Hospital. It was very quiet and comfortable.The room was very clean.
The clerk upon our arrival was not very friendly.The bathroom fan did not work.
