Wonderful small stylish hotel with perfect location--a few minutes walk from Guggenheim. Friendly and helpful staff, and a comfortable sitting area off the lobby, with coffee and soft drinks available without charge. Bedrooms are fairly small but beautifully fitted out. Pay extra for a room with a view of the museum if you can. The room is bigger and the view of the museum off to the right is a real plus.

Friendly staff at reception, helpful and if they didn't know something they did their very best to find it out. The location was great; during our stay we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Exceeded our expectations. We had a gorgeous room (63) overlooking the Guggenheim. Spectacular! We were able to check in early. We did miss the cocktail hour, but the breakfast was great!
The gym did not have cups for the water dispenser.

Five star treatment and accomodations ! Please tell Alexnadra Wicke that Igor was extremely helpful,patient, and courteous throughout our visit. Whether giving directions, ideas for restaurants or finding us a rental car ...he was there to make our visit the most pleasant. And it was! Thank you for a great time in Bilbao. Joseph Vitosky

We were extremely happy with the hotel as we booked online and you are never sure. The location was brilliant, walking distance to the Guggenheim, a big attraction for us, and we could actually see the Guggenheim from our room. Not sure about this when all the rebuilding is completed. The staff were so helpful, and spoke English well. Perhaps the dining room could be a bit larger? No complaints about the food.

Overall the hotel was very good, and the location.
As mentioned, the dining room was a bit small. Sometimes had to wait to be seated for breakfast.
