Hotel, staff, room, location, dining - all great!
Our bathroom was the oldest looking hotel/motel bathroom I've seen in years - it was clean, but the floors and shower walls and fixtures were completely worn out and stained, please Hyatt spend some money on the bathrooms in your beautiful hotel with wonderful guest rooms. Also I could not stay here again due to the noise from the first floor lobby/bar that can be heard in every room throughout half the night. Please Hyatt - hang some ceiling - sound deadening panels above that gathering area so the noise doesn't disturb every guest in their rooms.
