I loved the newness, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and willing to help as soon as you walked in. The rooms were fantastic. Nice, clean and comfortable.

The beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean etc. staff are helpful

We asked for a camp bed which we did get. However, bedding was sub standard and the bed its self very uncomfortable. We has to ask for additional bed linin and we re laid the bed! The staff did nothing to help. We stayed at the little rock double tree and the staff were very helpful. The Bentonville franchise was inconsistent and not really bothered about you. I'm not sure ill be staying there again.

Beds and linens were quite nice.

We were 3 people who wanted 3 beds in one room. We got two queen beds and one sleep sofa. The queen beds were great. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, plus the hotel did not make it up for us, even when we asked them to. Nor was there even a mattress pad.

You need a bell staff to aid the handicapped.
