Trevlig personal, god frukostbuffé. Renligt! Trevlig städerska, väldigt hjälpsamma. Hjälpsamma i receptionen, hjälpte till att ringa (när man hade problem med språket, inte alla som kan prata engelska)

It was my 4th stay at your hotel and I like staying there. I can get there by bus from the airport and most of what I need is close to the hotel.
Being from Australia I like beacon and soft eggs for breakfast...no trouble asking the chefs to cook me two soft eggs but there was no beacon on any morning.

Reception staff sent me off with a wrong tourguide, an illegal one on top of everything! Didn't take any responsibility at all and no compensation either. Could have been robbed and dumped and no one would have known. Would never recommend anyone to trust them. Avoid this hotel if possible!.
