Near the inter-state and near locations I was visiting in the area
The ice maker did not work while I was there. There was no kleenex in the room, it was not replaced when the room was cleaned the next day. On the last day of my visit, the room was not cleaned at all.

The "free breakfast", although I do not expect much to start with, was limited 4 types of cereal, a few small pastries, fruit that was dusty, coffee and juice.

The room reeked.it was suggested that we go to the store and buy air freshner which we had to, to be able to sleep. smelled as if the air conditioner filter was moldy.told staff with no results.we travel to Beckley twice a yearand will never in another Microtel.
