The room was beautiful, the breakfast was wonderful.
The evening receptionist ate her dinner at the desk - she should have had someone relieve her. There wasn't a hostess at breakfast to seat the guests. People were lined up and could not understand why they counldn't be seated. There were plenty of tables.

Location, quiet, away from traffic, staff accommodation of request for room location, frig, micro, large bath, sitting area. MY view was wonderful.
Watered down bar drink, food was excellent in rest. but staff was poorly lacking.
Beds were NOT comfy, couch was hard as a brick and slanting.
