Hôtel Loreak

Is worth being a hotel where there was no air conditioning! For in the month of August was complicated ... but the hotel is not bad.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast and evening buffet were very good value.

We thought the rooms were looking a little tired and in need of some attention. The room had an odour of stale smoke even though we had requested a non smoking room, and we were too tired from our journey to creat a fuss.

The attention of staff. We were only going to spend a night and that is enough.

Too expensive for what the hotel.

I have requested a "NON-SMOKER" room, however the room was strongly smelling cigars smoke. I have called desk front who informed that there were no more available rooms. I just didn't move to another hotel because was to late. The lady try to put some parfum spray but after a few hours the cigars smoke smell was so strongly that I kept window open all the night. Trafic noise and night humidity have affected my sleep. I expected a calm night before continue my journey during more 1200 Km driving, but was not possible. I paid EUR 75.00 Euros for bad quality of service. Another issue is the breakfast meal, is downgrading from year to year. Conclusion: I have been your customer since five years ago, but this time was my last night spent in your hotel.
