Main reason for choosing The Landon Bay Harbor - Miami Beach: Location
Nice little boutique hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Great free breakfast. Complementary wine in the evening was a nice touch. Overall was very good value and we will definitley consider staying there again.
Parking fee was a bit high.

The hotel staff from reception throughout check out were exceptionally competent and extraordinarily pleasant. The hotel room was NY City sized but was perfectly supplied with everything I needed or realized I needed when I did! I spent the previous night at a Hyatt in Miami that was a large one bedroom with full kitchen but felt more satisfied and fulfilled with less space at Daddy-O. If you need a stay in mid-Miami Beach, this is the spot. If you don't, but want a great experience near lots of restaurants GO to Daddy-O.

Nothing..We checked in late afternoon to get ready for a party. Water was shut off! Staff said City said it would be off for a couple hours..not so we took a bath with bottled water (given to us by the friendly staff) Later we find out it was the hotel and not the city!!! Breakfast was a bunch of stale muffins!! Did not try the bagels. Outside entrance was dingy and not swept. Reminded us of a hostel in a foreign city. Would not stay there again. Management said they would comp our rooms, that remains to be seen.
