Staff very personable. The hotel itself made you feel like home, from the wonderful full course "free" breakfast to the home baked cookies cooked fresh throughout the day.

Nice amenities: plentiful food choices at free breakfast (also had all-day available coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apples and oranges). Nice outdoor sitting area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room had microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and board, bathroom amenities.

We were in room 220 in the Baxter inn. They gave us arp where the were aware that the door lock was a big problem. I had to go back to the deck three time because the key card did not work, they finally gave us a key and even that was tricky,also the card would not work for us to get back in the building. It was a real hassle, a lot of work for older people. We have decided to try another hotel the next time we come to the area.

Quiet
They didn't do a very good job of anticipating how much food and drink was needed at breakfast. The eggs, potatoes and coffee all ran out and had be be made. I think they could have done a better job of staying ahead of the demand based on the number of overnight guests.
