Friendly staff including the restaurant personnel.
My bed was poorly made. Bottom sheet was all messed up and top sheet was put on sideways. This made me quite uncomfortable doubting the bedding was fresh!

Comfortable rooms, staff was very accommodating and courteous.
Could hear the baby crying next door and much of their conversations.
Would help if there was a fan we could run all night.
Hallway very long to get to our room; should be another elevator closer to the water park.

Gorgeous place inside and out. Restaurant was very convenient, room service too. I will be back and hopefully next time its for vacation not work.

I got the room to take my daughter & grandkids (ages 2,3,5)for a night at the waterpark and they had a great time. The restaurant was good as was the breakfast. Since we were in a room right next to the waterpark,I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet. And the beds were quite comfortable.
I was disappointed that our "deluxe suite" was far from deluxe. Rather claustrophobic to me and no real separation between "rooms". However, it was clean and we were only there for one night.
