Le goût parfait de la chambre, le confort, le luxe, la proximité du Rhin, l'excellence du petit déjeuner, l'amabilité du personnel, le service du cirage des chaussures…
Au salon de thé, les serveurs devraient maîtriser l'anglais, l'allemand, ou le français.
Le thermostat au maximum dans la chambre était peut-être un peu juste.
