The staff and restaurant personnel.
The room and bathroom was not set up for comfort. The shower floor flooded each time. Wanted a walk in Shower.

Excellent & cordial staff and service, attractive and comfortable Lobby with services, conveniently located for bus transportation.
Initially, our room assignment was far from the elevators even though I had indicated a request otherwise in the reservation. However, they were most accommodating and assisted with the change of room.

The hotel is clean and the staff is so friendly. Food was great. Special thanks to Jonathan at concierge desk. He was wonderful. Helped me with lost luggage concerns. I would stay at Swissotel anytime.

This hotel is definitely not worthy of its 5 stars

Its proximity to the tram lines
I am appalled by the fact that 2 out of 3 at the reception did not speak French! It is unimaginable for a 5 star hotel in a frontier town with France.Hotel toilet seat was damaged, a little mold on the join of the bathroom ....
