Grand Millennium Dubai

TV controller did not work. Room size was small comapred to other 5 star hotels in Dubai.

Firstly let me commend the staff of the hotel. They were excellent, poite and attentive in all our face to face dealings with them. The only difficulty was not of the hotel's making - a pipe was burst and we had no hot water for all of Friday afternoon and evening. Communication was not good on this, however that was largely because the staff were receiving incorrect information themselves. Eventually Phillip, the duty manager, explained in detail and was very helpful indeed. His response and attitude were what customer service is all about. We thank him most sincerely.
