Sevice in the restaurant was absolutely rock bottom. When one looks at what one pays, one must expect that the service is then. The treatment we got in the morning was terrible. We had little time due to early flight. As we have done before at the request of the staff we met up 7 minutes before serving breakfast opened. The buffet was ready, but we were greeted by a sour woman who insisted that we had to wait until at 5 Thus, no breakfast for us. When we mentioned this at reception on check-out we had only one hips on the shoulder and told that dettte was not his table. We live in a hotel around the world several times a month, but like the treatment you have to look long for.

I really appreciated the gesture of upgrading me as we were staying for a whole week.

I was disappointed that they were refurbishing the lounge area during my time even though we could barely hear them working.

The proximity of any trade

Location. thats about all.

Female staff was impatient when asked for directions and info about the internet charges etc. major turn off. can hear flushes from other room's toilets in my room. weird stench in the room too. Definately not befitting of a 4 star hotel.

Very pleasant stay - we had inter-connecting rooms on the 6th floor and so very little noise from the street. The staff were helpful and friendly the rooms were clean fresh and overall this was very good value for money - the location was perfect.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been helpful. The restaurant next door, which is I think linked to the hotel in some way, was just terrible - we went there for an evening meal - the veal steak was like old cardboard and the service terrible.

-Parking on site, very good value for money for breakfast (more Specials 9 € instead of 10 € during our stay)
