J'ai choisi une chambre à un li lit et ma réservation a été commuer en 2 lit je ne parle pas l'anglais juste français et italien donc difficile de se faire comprendre

Main reason for choosing Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada: Location
Location is good, It's located on the middle of city. Ratchada Road is surround with many Shopping Plaza and Entertainment. The Hotel is clean even design is little bit old fashion, but its Thai style. Compare to package price from website is valuable.
Staff not seem to attention on guest much. Even the Counter staff was good on solving problem occur while checking in. But after that not much see hospitality. And the Parking on underground is too much complicate, have to use elevator to lobby floor then walk a bit far to new Elevator to room floor. Also parking area is looks quiet bit old dark and scary.

Main reason for choosing Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada: Location
Nothing.
That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.
