Very impressed with reception staff, I asked for a nice room that didn't require refurbishment. A staff member showed me to a very clean room snd asked me if it was acceptable. A short time later 2 lovely reception ladies appeared at my door with a meal tray with a delicious green chicken curry & rice on it. Said it was complementary. How delightful was that gesture. Well done teception team!
No ....most enjoyable brief stay.

Location is good. So close to the airport. Shuttle bus comes every10 min. very convenient.
Carpet is abit old but clean

A very convenient hotel that is only steps away from the check-in and baggage claim. Would have liked more advertisement about this convenience because it was not necessary to take a taxi from baggage claim had we known this. Even with a lot of luggage we used a cart to get to the hotel.
Liked the entrance lobby (the grandness of it) that made it very welcoming and suggested a very special place and not an ordinary hotel.
Liked the easy check-in and check-out without any hassles.
The only disappointment was that we arrived very late in the evening and ordered room service meal. It took a long time to get the meal. We returned one entre because it was cold (Ton Yun soup).

We only stayed briefly, as we got in late and had an early flight. It was very convenient to get to the hotel and get back in the morning. Very nice facilities and the staff was gracious.
