No reply from hotel when using contact link on the website. However, the shuttle bus did have us on the list when we finally found the meeting point.

Nice clean hotel close to Suvarnabuhmi Airport. Good shuttle service and pleasant facilities. Will stay there again

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay on our journey home. It is ideally situated for this purpose as it is close to the airport but far enough away that you are not disturbed by noise. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. It was noted that we had booked two single beds and was asked if that suited us, I said it was all that was available and we were instantly offered a free upgrade to a room with a large double bed. Additionally the receptionist checked our flight departure time and organised a free transfer to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately I was not feeling well and did not use any of the facilities so I cannot comment. We were very impressed with the staff and the hotel.

Shuttle bus worked well. Dinner was fabulous if a bit pricey by Thai standards. All the amenities were excellent.

No complaints. It was clean, quiet, modern, well staffed.

I was not told that me credit card would be debited.I don't think it's acceptable that you debited my card not having been authorised.i did speak to the manager on duty before I left

They were super friendly. Carried our bags to the transfer van, even offered 3 welcome drinks when only 2 of us were staying the night. I would highly recommend this place any time you want to be near the BKK airport.
