Having the cold buffet for our breakfast along with the spectacular view. Also, being able to open a window when sleeping to enjoy the mountain air while sleeping was a dream. Beds were good sleeping

Staff, spa and room were fantastic. Loved the pool and sauna. Location was spectacular.
Coffee maker in room did not work. Overwhelming food smell in the parking garage.

Beautiful room and view. Enjoyed just staying in the room. Had a nice swim in both pools. Then walked over to the Banff hot springs.
Need more BUBBLES and HEAT in the indoor hot tub. Water was tepid and min bubbles.

The wat my granddaughter and myself were treated. Everyone was so friendly and respectful. I have told my family of over 20 people how well their property treats their guest!!!! The Rim Rock Hotel is awesome. Thank for being our host.
