On site underground parking is a great asset! Beds were comfortable! Friendly staff, great pool / hot tub!

Quiet location. Lovely pool. Friendly staff. Nice sitting area overlooking the pool.
Would have liked two comfortable chairs in the room. I realize it was a smaller room, but maybe two smaller chairs would fit. We are both elderly and would have enjoyed the comfort. Would book our room directly with Rundlestone next time.

The location was great, parking was also good. The room exceeded our needs as we were only there for a wedding and spent little time there but the bed was super comfortable.
Our room, which apparently was the honeymoon suite, though well equipped, had no place to hang your clothes once your suitcase was up the stairs and in the bedroom. A nasty surprise which was a mild irritation.

Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant bar and in the lobby with a wood burning fireplace and books to borrow.
The initial room they gave me looked out at a cement block....very disappointing. When I requested another room, they gave me a similar room but with a better view.

My wife and I took a little trip to Banff for our last get away before our child is born in a few weeks and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating anytime we spoke with them.

After spending all of Friday night and Saturday morning at the hospital, staff allowed us to check out at 12:30 pm. We then moved to another room at 3 pm.

Staff is very super supportive and friendly!!! It's our second stay at the Rundlestone Lodge, I am pretty sure it will be the third, forth...So far it is my favorite hotel in Banff.
In our kitchen nett room, it was just one knife for cutting and it was dull. I couldn't cut a lemon for two pieces. :)

The room was roomy and comfortable. I really liked the fact that there was a kettle in the room, so I could make a proper cup of tea.
