This hotel was perfect, we needed a quiet, restful place for the night and Hotel Puerta de la Luna was it. We could walk to the city center.
We would have liked breakfast to be included with the room rate.

Located at the heart of the historic district and not far from the center to walk very competent staff.
Hours of pool reduced (but understandable for the configuration)

This is not a hotel that I'd stay in again or would recommend to others. It is difficult to reach by car without a really good map which wasn't available through the booking routine we used. Then you need to load and unload your own bags whilst completely blocking a tiny street without any help from hotel staff. Whilst the hotel is convenient for the historical centre, Baeza itself is pleasant but not as interesting as some guidebooks indicate. The nearby town of Ubeda is better IMO. There were things about the hotel - or rather the way the hotel treats its customers - that are not excusable.

The room was as we expected- nicely presented, spacious, and priced accordingly. The breakfast was fine.
Yes.Being told that the carpark I had requested was not available and the only alternative was a public lot that may only have been minutes away to walk, but to drive was a convoluted trek through tiny streets without any guidance from the hotel. The reaction to the question "what happens if the public car park is full?" (a bored shrug), and there was a wedding held there that we didn't know about, and resulted in shreiking unsupervised children playing in the courtyard below our room till 1am.

Unfortunitely, there were problem in the hotel with water and electricity. We got our room at 6, but we were arrived around 1 . The staff was not very nice (cold reception). Hotel is nice and have charm.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Baeza is a very nice small old city and the hotel is situated in historic center

Wonderful location, very clean, kind and efficient staff, averagely comfortable room (there were stairs for reaching the room and a baby child with us, maybe the staff could have done more but I know it was a late booking...)
