The Staff were great, entertainment at restaurant was good , good location
We would have bought the meal vouture package if we had of known about it. it could have saved a bit of money

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and pool and the beautiful view of the Lakes. My favourite part of the experience was the Thistledown Pub and Grill. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. The entertainment was excellent. I felt the price was very fair for such a beautiful resort. I would definitely stay at this resort again.
I cannot think of anything I did not like.

The location is lovely. Great/well sign posted and maintained trail to the point. Staff are wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. We were here for the CAUS conference - and this was a wonderful place for it, fabulous meeting rooms and helpful staff. Golf course was spectacular - very friendly starter.
It would be helpful to have another light in our room (519( by the table - hard to do work without better lighting.

Location
The room first assigned to us had a damp, mildewed odor, the toilet was not clean, the sink did not drain and the furniture was in horrid condition. When I called the desk, Alison immediately helpful and gave us a better room. It was cleaner and had better furniture. However, still not worth what we paid in full in advance. This hotel complex needs to replace carpet & do a face lift in several areas. No, I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

Great location, good restaurant(Lakeside) but slow service the night we ate with you.
The building our room was in also had the pool. unfortunately, it was pretty loud with all the kids and the smell of chlorine was strong throughout the building.
