Nice hotel, friendly atmosphere, great base for exploring.
We were unfortunate in having wallets, phones and a passport stolen when visiting Barcelona, we were left with out any money. The reception staff were exemplary in the service and help they provided, without the extra effort they put in and the help they provided, a bad situation would have been terrible. I can not recommend your staff highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent value!
very quite, nice view, very clean and helpful staff.
we shopped in Badalona and enjoyed local prices instead of touristic.
A little privacy problem when going to the restroom, but nothing severe.
location is not the heart of barcelona, however, nearest metro is only 8 minutes walking so getting there by a 15-20 minutes metro is easy.

NOTHING, I HAD VERY BAD TIME DURING MY STAYED. I NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL.
I HAD THE WORSE EXPERENCE OF MY LIFE. VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF, TV WAS NOT WORKING, THE SHOWER DOOR WAS BROKEN SO ALL OF WATER WAS ON THE FLOOR, THE TAXI COMES 30 MINUTES LATER, THE STAFF KNOWLAGE ABOUT CITY FOR HELPING A TURIST WAS ZERO, I ASKED FOR SPEAKING TO MANEGER BUT SHE NEVER WAS AVAILABLE.
