Main reason for choosing Hotel Atwater: Location
Great staff and LOVELY room.
Lack of an elevator was a surprise, but we did alright even on the top floor. They are closing for renovations including an elevator, so it should be EVEN BETTER when it opens!

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade we were given and the overall friendliness of each staff member we encountered! We would absolutely choose to stay at the Atwater again. We love the location and our room was simple yet perfect for our short stay. It was very clean and the breakfast vouchers for Ben's were a nice treat, too. Very tasty!

Location close to waterfront, partial ocean view from room, friendly staff, clean comfortable room, reasonable price.
Lack of elevator, small room and bathroom, squeaky door and bed.
