Hotel was quiet, clean and rate included a yummy breakfast. Staff in restaurant and at front desk was accommodating but a little dingy. Hard to find good help I'm sure. Stay was enjoyable.

Nice, clean hotel. We had a slight mix up with our reservation, which was not a big inconvenience. When we returned, the staff left us a $25.00 credit towards food for the mix up. We were very surprised as customer service like that isn't the norm anymore. We used it at Torge's grill located in the hotel which had great food.

Very nice facility, clean, quiet
No complimentry continential breakfast like other hotels. No coffe, no rolls, no fruit , no juice, no nothing.

I liked the hooked on eating area, very covienient.
The only reason I picked this Hotel was for the hot tub which I asked about when I booked. It was out of order! The pool didn't open till 8 the next morning which is far to late for travelers so didn't use that either. $140 is a high priced bed.

The decor was really nice. Everything looked up to date and nothing was falling apart.
Our room was never cleaned. We were only there for two nights, but it would have been nice if at least our bed was made while we were there.

Close to the Spam museum kept up nicely.
Not much to order not relly any variety had to go to other resturant s to eat.The bar and resturant to noisy to have any kind of a conversation.You need seperate areas for entertaining or eatting.We all missed the game room and all the ping pong table and the miniture gulf coarse around the pool area..Not much for the continental breakfast had to go someplace else for breakfast.
