Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the layout of the hotel. Food was great at the attached bar/grill.

A quick drive into the center of town.

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. When we arrived there were used towels on the floor and one draped over a chair. We mentioned this to a maid cleaning a room across the hall, and she said she was going to clean this next. When we returned later that day the towels had been removed, but the soap and bottles of shampoo were still the used ones, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected. The sheets looked clean. We didn't inspect the room too closely. We decided that we would rather not know. We were only there for one night, and the bed was comfortable.

We do not enjoy all these European bedding in hotels these days. Little old ladies barely can hop up on those beds. Next time I will bring a stool when I travel.

Pool area

An emplyee walked in my room unexpectantly without knocking first. I called front desk to make sure it was indeed a hotel employee. they assured me it was and aplogized for incident.
