The front desk staff were very nice & helpful.
The free breakfast was disappointing. A bit more healthy food options would have been nice. Not just fruit or sugar laden yogurt. Maybe a big pot of oatmeal or beans. Eggs without cheese. And less waste! Single use plastic or Styrofoam everything is so 1980s. Get green! The last time we stayed at this hotel 2 years ago there were premium cable tv channels available. This time there were about 30 "Expanded Basic" channels, and no programming information for the networks on the TV guide channel. "Not available". Which was very odd.

It was clean and relatively quiet. Liked having the option to pick my style pillow
Needs a bit of updating - bathroom door handle came off in my hand.

We went to the BB tournaments
My daughter came home with lice the only other place we went was the civic center. I have no idea where she got this I am blaming it on the civic center.
But it will awhile before I stay at any hotel.

It was very close to all the area attractions that we were planning to go to during our stay (shopping & Civic Center). The indoor pool and hot tub was an added bonus for us. Front desk help and breakfast help were very polite and friendly.

We had a dog with us and appreciated the location of the room and friendliness of the staff.
We also like the breakfast selection and the fact that it is free.

My room was very nice
Your hostess seemed to not care about much of anything. Our room want ready on time, the hot tub was dirty; and it was an inconvenience to step out side on the patio by the pool, get locked out and have to walk all the way around in my bathing suit

Room was clean and did not smell like smoke! Service was good. Glad breakfast was early.
A man, may have been a grounds keeper appeared under the influence and agitated at where a customer had left their vehicle. That was not a comfortable conversation to witness. I'd say it was around 9:30pm on July 18th.
