Great location for walking in the central business district. The rooms were very comfortable and staff was always very helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again for a stay in Auckland.

We loved the fact that it was in the heart of the City; also the wonderful restaurants . We appreciated the 5 star treatment and even though we did not manage to get to use the gym, swimming pool or the 12th floor facilities we felt privileged.
Being smokers we felt the smoking areas available were sufficient and spectacular.
Thank you soooo much for the ultimate experience.

The fire alarm went off and we were stuck in the stair well as once the doors closed behind you they were not able to be reopened. This must be resolved and I'm writing an email to the fire department regarding this building and its safety concerns.
It's a great hotel but if there was a fire they would have been deaths
