The place was beautiful, excellent and clean. Staff very kind and friendly.
Booked a movie and got charged for it twice, and didnt even get to watch the end as it kept cutting out. Also charged for something from minibar when we did NOT use anything at all.

Staff were brilliant. We were staying to attend a wedding held in the Langham - food staff during the evening were first class. Breakfast the next morning was faultless, loved it all.
