We loved it - all aspects of the service, check-in & check-out etc all smooth. Decor cleanliness etc all good. Service extra good when I forgot my medication on check-out - concereige staff outstanding and room service staff member who found it thanks - it was essential medication and we were very worried
We know that you are remodeling but the door in the bathroom proximity to the loo nearly killed me - gotta be fixed. The breakfast could be improved and modernised for current tastes

We had an apartment with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We had been eating out three meals a day onboard a ship, so it was a nice change to pick up lunch and dinner at a local grocery and fix our meals. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet that was included in the price of our room. We loved the location of City Life. We shopped in Auckland and had a great opportunity to see Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway just two blocks away.

Being invited to take the toiletries away in a paper bag! Being able to pre-order different pillows.
