The location and proximity to the boardwalk.
Our room was very sparsely furenished and did not even have an easy chair!

Being charged $5.00 to leave the parking area each time and being charged $5.00 to sit out on the deck to read a book.

The hotels location is very central to the boardwalk.
The elevator lobby stunck, the hotel is worn out and in need of a major overhaul, the room was moderatley modern and you can tell where the upgrade buck stopped. Gaming hotels may be suffering during these times but this one has done very little to stay current.

Central Location on the boardwalk.
Upon check in your room has to be cleaned. However, after that everything went very smooth and my stay was quite enjoyable.
