Staff is always courteous and willing to help. Very professional folks! By far the best hotel in Jacksonville!
Late night noises coming from the hallway. Perhaps a housekeeping storage closet is near by?

The staff really made us feel very welcomed. The where always smiling, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and more. Kudos to the GM for employing such wonderful people.Our dinner was delicious. The presentation was impressive. We have told several friends they should stay at One Ocean Resort!
