The wonderful staff

Location: The fact that it was just next door to the Aquarium, the Coca Cola museum, the Olympic centennial gardens, etc. In fact, in your advertisements, you should say that it is just across the street to these places. It saved me a lot of walking and taxi. The fact that the Trolley picks up passengers there. I just happened on it, when I got downstairs. They should advertise that better, or you should include it in your advertisements. Excellent Staff: they were able to not only give me directions to tourist spots, but when I told them I wanted to see and eat lunch at the revolving restaurant at the Westin, they gladly made the reservations for me. I also told them I wanted to go to the Aquarium and they were able to give me discounted tickets. Excellent restaurant: the Legal Sea food restaurant was the best food I ever ate there in Atlanta. I am glad it is onsite. Pool, spa and fitness: that the pool and spa were so avaiable and beautiful as viewed from my room, if I had known it, I would have brought appropriate swim gear.

The fact that no one could help me with my suitcases to my room. I am a senior citizen with blindness problems and vertigo. While it is easy for a normal person to do this hinself/herself, I would have gladly paid a hefty tip to someone who could help me up with my luggage and help me find my room.

Front desk staffer Orlando was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. My room was very nice and comfortable home away from home. I would only suggest an ottoman pairing with the reading chair.

I would have enjoyed an additional hotel restaurant.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The staff inside the hotel were very nice.

The staff outside were rushing me the entire time i was by the lobby and were rude. I went in to get my room and they told my wife she had to move our car right away. There was only 2 cars down there including mine. There was plenty of room. The jacuzzi had been broken for a week before we got there and i was never told before hand and wasn't on the website.

Close to Atlanta Aquarium The Breakfast was great

Everyone was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for what we were doing in Atlanta.

The water in the shower was barely luke warm so cold shower. The other item was I picked the Hilton Garned Inn becasue of the indoor swimming pool for my children. The pool was out of order for my kids.

I loved my view. It was a complete view of the GA downtown.

I really liked the hotel. It was quiet, and very clean. I gave it the white glove test.

It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful. There are excellent food choices for every meal in the hotel and right around every corner. We took our food and ate in the Bicentennial Park several times. I was celebrating my 50th B-Day. When I went in my room I found B-Day Balloons, a card, and coupons for a movie and snacks! Athoro Bowleg was the gentleman that was so sweet. I will definitely return to this hotel.
